Fired Heaters

Direct Heaters: Electric Process Heaters are compact, fully assembled heating systems which are used for heating liquids and gases in many industrial process applications. The type of medium heat transfer and operating conditions of the process will determine which package of temperature control will be most efficient.

Water Bath Heaters (WBH): Indirect Fired Type Heaters that are typically designed to heat natural gas and oil. The main application for WBHs is to heat high-pressure gas before pressure reduction. A water bath heater works by submerging a process coil in a hot bath solution, which then heats up the process liquids and gasses indirectly to generate energy.
